Recruiting Timeline (HOCHSCHULE)
You can book your Appointments on this site. The interviews will take place in this timeframe. Make sure to apply early to get a spot for your desired position. You will have your interview with the responsible person(s). for each role. Make sure to be able to show why you want to be part of the team. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert. Motivation and Commitment as well as a willingness to learn are most important to us.
Our virtual info sessions will give you all the details and the option to ask questions. It’s strongly recommended to attend and be active and ask any questions you have!
On this day we will decide on the new members. We will inform you about the decision and tell you if you’re invited to the kick-off for new members
If you’re invited, that means you are part of the team now. We hope to be able to bring as many of you as possible on board and bring you on board as fast as possible!
FAQ
No, we are an international team, german is fine but so is english!
Since we want to achieve big things, at least one full working day per week is necessary. The more time you have the better.
No! If you have sailing experience that’s a plus but it’s not necessary. Some members are sailors and some have never sailed before!
We are generally open to all munich universities (Mainly: TUM, HM & LMU). We offer different recruiting phases for each uni as the semester times are slightly different. Of course it’s possible to apply within an HM recruiting as a TUM student or vice versa. Generally: if you think you could be a great fit and you have time on your hands to work on our projects – reach out anytime!
